Investment removed from profile
A investment was removed from my profile since November 2025. I have been back and forth with consultants and there is no concrete reason as to what happened to the investment as it was on a active status. It is 4months and there is no sign of the investment,i do not have access to my provident fund money.
Customer service is disappointing and I am starting to question ethics within alexander forbes.
