Investment LA - service sucks

<p>I have been trying to invest my pension into a living annuity to enable me to draw a pension since 20 December 2016. We have sent our final documentation through to above business on 30 March and yet to find out what has transpired. The communication from the call centre is shocking sent a mail Thurs. 6 April enquiring no response phoned this morning they could not inform me what is happening to my application. I am investing money now taking out a loan my cash resources are dwindling while waiting for action to be taken for my investment I need somebody in authority and intellect to contact me not a learner at the call centre. When will you pay out my pension RN Clarke Dealing with AF on a direct basis sucks</p>
