Good day Alexander Forbes,<br> <br> I have a question for you, and I hope that you will be able to answer it for me.<br> <br> I have a pension fund with you guys with my previous employer T-systems. I currently work with EOH, and our pension fund is with 10x. Our pension funds is apparently in the process to be transferred from AF to 10x. Please note we have been transfered according to a section 197 from T-systems SA to EOH Mthombo. My question to you is in the past we use to work for Business connexion, and was also 197 transferred to T-systems SA and we had the option to have our pension fund to be paid out, When we was transferred from T-systems to EOH we were told that we are no longer able to have it paid out to us.<br> <br> I would like to know the reason why with a valid legal reason for it, and I would like proof where in the law it states that I am not allowed to take my pension as it is currently with two different funds and I would like my AF fund to be paid out to me, and not transferred to 10 x investments. <br> <br> The reason I am asking is that I am busy with immigration, and a court case and I would like my AF funds as it will help me out.<br> <br> Thanks.<br> <br>
