inept call agents

worst experience with these inept professionals.

trying to get my pension fund withdrawal- but literally sending one from pillar to damned post. it's damned frustrating. they are so quick to take your money every month, but when you want it back, you have to jump through damned hoops, and literally phone them evey damned day, to still have nothing moving. it's been 3 months now... and i'm still waiting.
