Inefficient, ineffective, sluggish in their response, offer extremely poor customer service.
Its's more than a month since I lodged a claim with Alexander Forbes Home Insurance and until today my claim has not been finalized, I will not recommend Alexander Forbes to anyone. They are inefficient, ineffective, sluggish in their response, offer extremely poor customer service.
