Ineffecient Service/ reactive

I have made contact with this company more than 15 to 20 times regarding the same thing over the last 2 months and it always seems like the first time every call, needless to say we are not any closer to resolution. Really makes you wonder if the consultants are employed to decoy or buy time. Initially they said the issue was with my previous employer, that the documents did not have the details of where I was transferring to, though this was completed on a form that I have a copy of. It became a monotonous process there after from "our administrators are busy with it, we have withdrawn it, send them an e-mail - no prizes for guessing if they responded, we have sent an e-mail to your new broker a recognition of transfer (not- decoy)" at what point does a company take ownership, when reaping returns of our investments? The only time something is promised is when you call/ follow up, not done by the way. I have rated their service poor more than 7 times no action or a service recovery, you know why - they is too many people complaining that this is a norm now.

It is unfortunate that most of the working class don't have a choice, as it is some employers choice where they invest. By the way the CEO says "they are back in the game" on Money Talk.
