Incorrect Tax Directive issued to SARS - lack of feedback and communication!!

Alexander Forbes you issue the incorrect tax directive with SARS, the complaints centre confirmed they are numerous complaints for the same issue however there is no response or feedback as to when this will be resolved. I have called your complaints like on numerous occasions and no one can provide. Resolution of timeline as to when it will be resolved. This is just unacceptable, and I’m unable to submit my annual tax return due to your incompetence and lack of communication but yet I’m expected to call every week to obtain some feedback! An sms string you aware of the issue is not feedback!!!
