Incorrect tax directive

I was dismissed from the bank last year and Alexander Forbes paid out my pension. When Alexander Forbes requested a tax directive their stating withdrawal instead of dismissal. I paid another of tax due to this error. I have gone to Sars and requested the reason I paid so much tax and they told me Alexander Forbes stated on my directive "withdrawal" instead of dismissal.
