Incorrect SARS source code - cannot submit SARS filing
I have raised an issue with Alexander Forbes in September 2022 where they used an incorrect SARS source code for an amount less than R1500. To this day, 2023-03-13, Alexander Forbes have not been able to resolve this as they cannot submit the SARS file due to their virus checker on their system. SARS is now raising penalties as I have not been able to submit my SARS filing. Still no end in sight and I'm not getting any resolution on how we are going to resolve the issue and who will pay the penalties.
