Incorrect information - no outcome

I requested a payment from my pension fund and the rest was invested in another pension fund. Now SARS informed me I need to pay R16 000 due to \interest income\" I earned from AF. I went to SARS office twice and was told to request IT3b from AF which I did and the incorrect code was loaded from AF. It's been 2 weeks now and still no outcome/correction done by AF. I contacted my FA who told me AF information was incorrect and will help to sort it out - only problem is AF is not coming too light!!! I will not allow SARS to hand me over due to mistake made by company! I would appreciate it if someone can assist as I will not leave it here."
