Incorrect information
I left my job and my employer was trying to load my documents and Alexander Forbes online system was done for days and eventually when it was loaded I got a SMS it's Gona take 4 weeks to get my money when I called I was told it's was a standard SMS and my claim was send back to my employer when I made contact with them hr didn't know what I was talking about and I am still waiting for my money .why was I told 4 weeks and why they telling me different stories nobody called my previous employer and it's why does it take so long to know what's going on
