Inconsistency between consultants

I have tried calling AF a few times and I get inconsistent answers from consultants. All I want to know is if I move from a former employers Pension fund to a new employers Provident fund, will it be taxed? If so, what is the tax implication compared to withdrawing. <br> <br> This is all I want to know but the consultants seem to have a hard time deciding on an answer.
