INCONSIDERATE OF THE OLD

So I called on my mothers behalf to find out the status of her application for her provident fund. The reason why i call on her behalf is because she's almost 90 and has a slight hearing problem. Whenever I get her to speak for herself they want to conduct the calls in strictly English (not accommodating anyone else)!!! I told Zane that my mom is too old to be making such calls but he still refused to help me and rudely told me that my mother has to call herself!!! I had to hang up as i couldn't deal!!!Very Inconsiderate if you ask me!!!
