*********** STAFF CAN'T PROVIDE 2*** TAX CERTIFICATES!!!!!

I have written to Alexander Forbes several times since 10 January 2022, 12 January 2022, as well as today 19 January 2022 with no joy in receiving the required 2020 & 2021 tax certificates to lodge with SARS. Your Ronald Hlakudi provided me with a 2022 tax certificate on 12 January 2022 to which I rep****: "I received the 2022 tax certificate please sned me the 2*** tax certificates urgently." Ronald Hlakudi responded on 13 January 2022 "Please note we do not have the 2*** tax directive on our side. We do have a record that was terminated in 2009, perhaps are you referring to the one in 2009?" to which I responded but I unfortunately deleted the email after sending same off and can't find it. However Ronald Hlakudi never responded to the last email hence the reason for sending a further email today requesting same. How long must one have patience with your *********** staff to provide simple tax returns to customers? Please assist urgently as SARS has raised penalties!!!!!!
