***********, Misinforming Funds Administrator!!

I am very irate and furious at your Fund Administrator who thinks she can misinform me by stating that up until today, my claims documents have not been received - Your Online Portal states otherwise under my Narratives profile with the comments. Please fire your Fund Administrator called Aneesa Jansen at your Cape Town Office - I've been in the same industry for over a decade and I know how some fund administrators can bamboozle people with their claims.

Claim number *** and my membership number is ***3. Please can i have someone from Upper Management with proper knowledge of my claim call me back. I would need a definite answer as to when I will get my payment from you.
