I called the customer care centre and after holding for 30 minutes someone whose name I didn't get answered and put me on hold until I was directed to rate the call (another 30 minutes later) and the call ended. All this after sending a couple of e-mails to the Admin address with no joy since last week! This is unacceptable and requires more than patience and understanding!
