*********** and Uncommunicative

I was in South Africa for a work contract from 2016 until March of 2020. Since March, I have been trying to get my money out of the provident fund. My company was dealing with Busisiwe, who frequently never rep****, or gave us the runaround.

It's finally been escalated (MONTHS later), and only now are people at Alexander Forbes saying they need additional documents. However, I don't feel they understand the situation or their jobs, and this still doesn't seem like it's going to be rectified any time soon.

The incompetence and lack of communication has now caused such huge delays that the money in the fund has decreased greatly in value. Thanks guys- well done.
