I have never in my life seen such incompetence as what I have seen from Alexander Forbes, my dad has been trying to get his money paid out that my step mother left him for months now and still nothing. In this last two months alone he has been told every single week the money will be paid out that Friday, then Friday comes and they phone him to tell him they need more documents signed or something is wrong he must come in and sign new papers, today's latest story is that they worked the Tax out wrong. The Lady he has been dealing with keeps making promises but they just turn out to be lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My father does not work and is dependent on this money coming through as his finances is getting very slim now. His name is Chris Smith, he even has written confirmation that his money will be paid out on dates and then it just never happens. I would advise people to stay FAR away from Alexander Forbes they are a bunch of *****!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has been dealing with a Lady by the name of Edith and her managers name is Madeleine.
