*********** Alexander Forbes!!

I was contacted by a tracing agent two months ago about unclaimed benefits from a company I worked for 5 years ago. I was told that it would take 3-4 weeks for my payout. After a month, I contacted Alexander Forbes only to be told that they had not received my claim. After numerous phone calls i was told that they were waiting for my previous employer. Why was the employer not contacted in the 5 years since I left? It is now 2 months later and I have heard nothing. I am appalled by the service.
