I received an sms saying that my claims was on hold because Sars returned it because of an incorrect tax reference and was told to contact Sars. I did that and sars said it was rejected bacause an incorrect identity number was submitted. I called Alex Forbes and spoke to mduduzi and confirms that this matter was sorted. Two days after another lady called me i didn't get her name and also confirmed the same thing that this is sorted. Immediately after I spoke to her I received an sms that my claim has been received and payment will be processed. 2 weeks later I called spoke to Lee she put me on hold for long, line cut and she didn't get back to me and I called again same day. Spoke to phumla and she tells me now that my claim was send back to employer and I need to send bank statement and id but this was never communicated to me. I had to call and only when I called I was notified of such.
