Now i have been waiting to claim my provident fund in the last two days no one has ever gotten back to me i have sent 6 emails and left my contact details and called the claims department were i held on for a good 10 minutes until my airtime run out. Why would such a big and reputable company have high level of incompetency. What am i suppose to do to get my money back.
