Incompetence - still waiting for my payout!!!
I am waiting for a provident payout. Forms was submitted on the 23/8 & I received an sms that the claim was being processed. I called on the 19/9 Sept and AF has advised that my August contribution was not received. This is beyond b/s the payment was made on the 1/9. Why has AF not processed it yet? This is unacceptable!!! I am beyond ****ed off and I will not wait another 6 weeks for my payout due to AF’s ****ing incompetence!!! Call Singita my employer and ****ing fix this!!! It is unprofessional as ****!!! I want my payout!!!

I called on the 19/9 and AF has advised that my August contribution was not received. This is beyond b/s, the payment was made on the 1/9.
My previous employer has been with AF for years, Every month all payments are submitted on the 1st of every month on time. WHY NOW WOULD THEY NOT PAY!!! Does this make sense to AF???
Because AF cannot deal with the 2 pot system now even provident fund payments suffer??? ****!
