Incompetence !

I submitted an enquiry for unclaimed benefits from the: Fund name: AF STAFF RETIREMENT FUND [BLK] and the Alexander Forbes Unclaimed Benefit Provident Preservation Fund

I have basically begged for confirmation of what documentation is required for me to submit a claim for these unclaimed benefits as well as a benefit statement; without reponse.ᐧ

I now understand why the FSCA and media reports billions in unclaimed benefits. It is because companies like Alexander Forbes are too *********** to pay them out.
