Incompetence
I have never ever received silence as a services. Refilwe on leave..Has returned back to work .I escalated to her stand in Charmaine to date no response. Refilwe blames her misinformation due to Alexander's system change...I received communication in such?a pathetic level..If thus woman is not removed from my portfolio..I am moving my funds to another company.
