Incompetancy
Service and communication has been terrible. Call me if you want to know the story. I am tired of dealing with this company & am so glad I no longer have a policy here. I would like to know when they will decide to pay my fund out. Due to them not filling out my account details correctly, they claim my account cannot be validated.
