Incapacity payment
I submitted my incapacity application form in November 2021 ,when I sent an email sometime December I was told my application is under assessment. I haven't been able to pay medical aid and I'm a chronic patient and my 13th check was frozen as HR is waiting for Alexander Forbes to give feedback ,my debts are pilling up and still nothing from Alexander Forbes so there is nothing from HR.Pls assist urgently
