Inaccurate Information and poor service
Good day
I wish to file a Complaint against Alexander Forbes who advise me last week that my claim is in accordance. Now I'm receiving back and forth messages on queries.
This is extremely poor service and inaccurate information provided by consultants. AF is using delayed tactics in not resolving my claim.
