Impossible to resolve RA claim issue.
My father and I have been personal and business clients for over 40 years. I'm trying to claim an RA since Oct 2020. all I get is standard template responses to my numerous emails, and my calls lead to a "I'll get back to you", with no resolution. My request to have the issue escalated are ignored. Directors. Try it yourself.
