Impossible to get IT3 tax document from Alexander Forbes

I have sent 4 emails to Alexander Forbes requesting my IT3 tax certificate with absolutely no response. I have tried to call them and was put on hold for 35 minutes! What is a person supposed to do to get their documents or does one have to get SARS involved?

For such a well established company their service is absolutely shocking.
