Impossible to get feedback from Alexander Forbes.

More than 2 weeks ago I sent my bank confirmation letter to Jay Penta (***, phone number ***) confirming my banking details for my pension and provident fund payout. The payment has still not been completed and no one at Alexander Forbes can or are willing to give feedback on what the problem is. On Monday Tracy requested that I email the information again. I have emailed and called Nonto Ndaba (***, tel ***), Jay Penta (***, tel ***), Tracy van Eeden (tel ***, ***) Madeleine Brummer ***) numerous times, yet I have had no feedback. When calling, no one seems to be able to assist in telling me who the person is that is dealing with my payout. You can't get a log or reference number for the complaint.

The service is completely non-existent.
