Imcorect imformation bad attitude

I am awaitting pay out from alexandre forbes for my divorce. My first call to the call centre i was giving a date of 3 Dec with my 2 called the lady said 23 dec i arranged all my things for the 3 dec when i call now they say they have till the 23 dec how cañ nobody give me a excact date with little effort i am sure it can ne done so dissapointed that a big company can be like this. The calls are record why dont they listern to the forst tape when a rongfull date was giving to me im sitting in a empty house waitting not fair if they gave me correct date i would of made arrangements later shame on yöu guys what a cristhmas hope yours are the same farouk felix

My case got worst calling them to get update i was informed they need x wifes tax deyails so my question is why dit they not call me again more waitting so that means you must call everyday because everyday a new answer and more things needed Nekita working at alexandre forbes my dear you dont belong there however i promise to take the matter up soon she was more than rude on the phone not helping at all Kusha thank you for getting back to me and trying to help but i should think that you need to takle that call centre staff the impression Nekita gave is that you dont have authority but my i decided to sit back and see how this is comming together i will not stand for the way nekits treated me on the phone no amount of money is worth that i will write my final review soon and publish my whole nightmare experience so far kusha you are excellent to try to help and the only one
