im still waiting for my playout of my provident found , no feed back

i was retrenched from work on the 13th of October from the company i have been working for my documents were handed in to Alexander Forbes on the 15th of November i have been calling them from the 22 of November 2023 i have advised of the there procedure that funds needs to be disinvested from the market and send to sars and as soon as that happens then the funds will be released ,i requested an email from the person i spoke to he said he will send me the email i called again after 2 week on the 12 of December i was told the same thing i was told the first time i called and the following week i called with the HR from my work he was told that the administrator will give me a call and i have been waiting for some time for my funds to be paid out i still did not get the call and there was no email from the administrator , i called on the 18 December , spoke to some ells she said she will follow up and send the query to the supervisor or something , and after 30min lady did send me the email confirming that i will receive my money on the Friday 22nd latest then i was waiting then i called on the 22nd , i spoke to one of the administrators Sandile Magashule who said the funds are available he wanted to pay out but the company gave them incorrect names on my form , funny because i was the one who was filling the forms and i gave them the correct email witch was my personal email and my personal number , but for some reason they have a number that i was using at home my send number , i guess they i just head the guy out and he said he needs me to send him my bank confirmation letter and my ID i asked him to confirm as soon as he receives the documents i sent the documents on the 22 December at 12:30 i did not receive a confirmation from him till i wrote an email to him on the 27th December he called me on my cell he said its was too late for me to get the money so they will release the funds on the same date 27th i should get the money at about the following day on the 27th still waiting till to date , I'm calling the call centre they put my call through then it cuts off i called the Pretoria call centre number no answer i called the Joburg number still no answer its the 29 December i still have not received my money , from the company and no p one has the decency to even call or email me to say they have a problem , the group i left with at work they all received there monies i spent Christmas with my kids with no money , the service i received was really perthitic I'm highly disappointed by Alexandra Forbes and Sandile is not even responding to my emails or my calls the number keeps on ringing with no answer.
