I'm not happy with Alexander forbes services

I am very unhappy with the service I have been receiving from Alexander Forbes regarding my medical aid. Every month the money for my medical aid is deducted from my salary, but the payments are often made late or sometimes not made at all to the medical aid provider. Because of this, my medical aid keeps getting suspended.

This has been extremely frustrating, especially because I have injuries that require regular medical attention. There have been times when I had to miss important doctor’s appointments and could not collect my repeat prescription due to the suspension of my medical aid.

I have been struggling with this issue for nearly two years now, and it still has not been properly resolved. I expect that if deductions are being made from my salary every month, the payments should be made on time and without causing disruptions to my medical coverage. I am very disappointed with how this matter has been handled and hope that it will finally be addressed seriously.
