IGNORED BY ALEXANDER FORBES FOR SIMPLE REQUEST

I left my job in January this year (2018) & cashed in my pension from Alexander Forbes. I have been trying since the end of June to get my tax certificate in order to submit my tax return. After numerous calls & e-mails with promises that it was being sent while I was on the phone with them, I still have nothing. My partner has e-mailed and received no response. We have told them that they are holding up my entire tax return - they don't care. I have even e-mailed their alleged complaints department - zero response!!! I am beyond fuming with them - such ********** service from such a large institution is unacceptable!! If they even had a delay & gave feedback as such, but no - rather just ignore your customers!

Their service is atrocious to say the least!

The next step is to go to the ombudsman ...
