Ignorance

I am an employee of Sizwe medical aid. I joined the company in June 2021. no body assisted with pension products and the HR lady is also not knowledgeable . I registered on AF website to track my investment and realised that I am loosing money. I phoned the call centre for Clarity and I was told my Money is put on aggressive portfolio. I got transferred 3 times and still there was nobody to assist. this month only I think I have lost to R2000 already. I will be leaving employer this month and I don't want to lose all my money. these people they do not care at all.
