If you need financial advice or assistance - dont use Alex Forbes
We have been dealing with a beneficiary claim with Alex Forbes since early June 2025. Their Financial Advisor team do not correspond with us on a regular basis. They ignore our phone calls. We were thinking of re-investing the funds, but based on this experience, we would not touch them if they were the last place in SA.
Even the complaints department fails to respond to emails or calls. We logged a complaint and they acknowledged receipt, but we never heard from them again.
