I don't understand why one should have to come to Hello Peter and give you guys a bad review in order to be assisted. Is this some kind of joke?

I moved my pension fund to my private capacity at the end of October, 2020 and the amount that should have been debited over the past 2 months has not been debited. There has been absolutely no communication from you either. The level of your service is appalling for what should be a "reputable"business.

I've sent emails and had no response. My manager had a horrible experience with you guys and I even tried defending you, well that ends today! Can someone please contact me ASAP.
