I want my payout

I was retrenched and have submitted my withdrawal claim with Alexander Forbes who confirmed that they received my claim from my previous employer Innovation Group on the 6th of December 2019. I was told my claim should be paid out in 4 weeks and I waited with no luck. For the past week I have been calling and a different story is now being said. I am told that they need to allocate my last contribution before proceeding with my claim. I am utterly disgusted at their level of professionalism because I'm being given different stories everytime I call. I am highly pregnant and in need of my money as I have needs I need to meet. I don't care who has to do what for my claim to be paid up all I know is I am in need of my money ASAP. 4 of the people I was retrenched with already got their payout so what's the hold up with mine. Given an option I would never place my retirement funds with Alexander Forbes ever again.
