I want my money

I've been unemployed since 4 June 2020 and claimed my pension fund from AF. I started queries 4 wees after my claim as that is how long they were supposed to take to pay out. I was told they have not received my contributions... Lie... Then one consultant told me that I would have the money within 4 days..... Weeks later when I followed up they were waiting for an income TAX directive. Forward to todays call that took 38 min I was told I will be phoned back.....Phone rang 3 times ad went dead. I phoned back. Held on for 15 min and got cut off. Incorrect information and lack of communication seems to be a major issue. You can not get hold off these people and when you do they don't know what they are doing. I need my money and can lose my accomodation and my pets due to this. Whats next? Could they find any more false information or excuses not to pay me?
