I WANT MY MONEY
I have submitted a pension fund withdrawal in JUne 2020. To date I have NOT recieved my money. The most frustrating thing is I get no responses when asking Alexander Forbes. I have called 5 times from the month of October and have spent over R500 in airtime with still NO PAYMENTS. I am put on hold for over 30 minutes till THEIR lines cut and NO ONE bothers to contact you back. As if having to withdraw my pension fund is not depressing enough during these trying times, I still have to spend money I DO NOT HAVE to contact you as well.
I WANT MY MONEY!!!
