i want my funds

my name is Patrick Faku *** and i have been waiting for funds from alexander forbes since december of 2019 ,every time i call this number *** making follow up on my money they keep telling me to wait for 48 hours for funds and on the 20 of march 2020 i went to their offices and i was told by management to wait for 48 hours and still nothing came through ,when i call them again to ask ,i was told to feel up some documents and sent it through,which i did but still Nothing.

we are told to sit in our house for 21 days since this cov19 came but i dont have food due to alexander forbes not taking people's matter seriously

pls help me
