I want feedback........

Alexander Forbes, my partner passed away in August, while I understand death benefits can be a lengthy process & that his company needs to do a report to submit to the fund. I want to know who will be the consultant handling this process because I want to speak to 1 person not 5 who have no clue of what is going on. There must be 1 person assigned to handle this and I want that consultants name who will be handling my partners death claim because I want to speak to that person directly! How will I know if the claim was approved?,Till now I have not heard anything no feedback is given wotsoever. So I don't know what Is happening, what will happen, what the next step is? Is more documents needed? Can someone tell me at least what is going on???? No-one replies to my emails. I'm not gona sit an hour on the phone to be cut off. I want 1 competent person to handle this procedure that can help me. Handling Death of a loved one is already hard enough but don't add unnecessary frustration to families that need your help in sorting these matters out.
