I regret why when my company closed down. I didn't withdraw my funds instead I opted to preserve them with AlexForbes. Now it's a mission to withdraw those funds

When my company closed down. I opted to keep my funds with AlexForbes on the deffered account. This January I logged a claim and submitted all the required document. It's been 4 weeks now yet my claim status still how "Verifying claim, 0 days ago". How can it be 0 days while this claim was logged 4 weeks back? I've sent so many emails to the Admin, and I'm being told that they are busy verifying the claim. How can you possibly verify something for over 3 weeks? there's no progress and I need to beg for their feedback. AlexForbes is really horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to invest their funds with them. Why is it hard to provide feedback? why keep resetting my claim days to 0? I've never in my life have to deal with something like this. Now I need to beg for my money to be released?
