I need my statement
Been battling with the app as it is failing to send me an opt so i can log in and download my statement as i need it asap, was once assisted by a lady called Mpho who went out of her way to help me...Today i spoke to a consultant called Sandile who for some reason is trying to assist but end of the day I’m not assisted...
I get mails of all your latest products but not once have i ever received a statement...
Your app is ******* and needs proper upgrade or update .
I’m very disappointed in you guys
