I need my money please

My last day at work was on the 7 July 2015. I called the call center on the 4th August 2015 and was told that my claim was only loaded on the system on the 3rd August 2015 . I should wait 4-6 weeks . I called the call centre on the 24 August 2015 only to be told that they have not started on the claim process as they are waiting for my last contribution .I don't know where that contribution is going to come from as I left work on the 7th July already . Can somebody please help me get my money, I need it .
