I NEED MY CLAIM MONEY!!!

In December 2015 I left my employer. We completed all necessary documents and submitted these to AF. A month later(Jan 2016) I followed up with AF about the status of my claim, only to be told that they required a copy of my ID and bank statement. I was asked to email these through and call back after 30min of submitting to check if they have received...I called in and after holding on forever they confirmed receipt and said they had forwarded to the relevant department that would pay out.<br> <br> I then asked about the time frame/how long It will take before I got my MONEY and I was told since i banked with their bank it would take 3 days or less. Well, no payout and no communication from them.I have to keep phoning their call center everyday for different stories that sound more like incompetence in the company. I am made to hold forever as if they have to dig through documents manually to get me a response on when I am going to get my money (I worked for it!!!). Please stop being *********** and just pay me what is mine!<br>
