I NEED ANSWERS!

Resigned two months ago and app**** for my provident fund to be paid out. I was advised 3 weeks ago that the tax directive etc is sorted and will be paid in a few days. That did not happen. I was told the next week will be paid, that did not happen. I have heard nothing since. The person I deal with does not reply to any emails nor does her phone work. I need this sorted, I have called at least 50 times in the past 3 weeks and spoken to at least 10 different people. No-one can give me answers! The Administrator I am dealing with is Emmah Kolah, I need to know what is going on!
