I have been investing with them for a number of years through my employer. Then I was going through a nasty divorce where I feared for my life. My ex husband divorce attorneys made a claim to my Alex forbes account as part of the divorce. But the divorce was taking a long time. So Alex forbes then sends me emails to "follow up" but in that email they include my ex husbands lawyers and expose my contact details to them. I sent them an email back in fury asking them to not expose my details as it's in violation of the popi act and it literally puts me in danger. A few months later they did the exact same thing. Popi act continuously gets violated and I am the one who is at higher risk.
