I have a pending claim that according to then was suppossed to be paid out by the 14 of February which was the latest date since i resigned from the company i was working for and the last day was 31 December 2023. Some poeple who left a month later than me got their moneys already but for me they dont communicate as to why they are delaying. Called them on the 29th of Feb they said they needed my bank confirmation details which i gave same day and was told within 3 to 5 working days payment will be done. Called them again last week consultant is now telling me its 5 to 10 working days and i bet this will drag on for the rest of the year the way they are treating me
