I also submitted proof of employment, and my HR department confirmed that they provided the correct 13-digit ID number. It appears that the first digit (0) was mistakenly omitted when the information was captured on your system. As a result, I submitted my claim using the ID number currently reflected on your system, but the claim is not showing any information. This situation is causing unnecessary delays and frustration. I kindly request that this matter be urgently investigated and corrected, and that I receive feedback as soon as possible regarding the status of my claim and the correction of my ID number on your records.
